Majors & Hobbies
I have been struggling with what I wanted to do, and today..this thought just hits me and it seems to make a perfect sense. I have always admire those who knows how to make clothes, who paints well, who take good pictures, who decorates the rooms on the magazines…etc. I have tired painting/drawing/illustration and it all failed because compared to everyone else, I’m not good at any of these. More time, I have been struggling and wanting to quit instead of moving on. Therefore, I picked ceramics. I enjoy it so far, the only down side is all the dusts and the messiness the process creates. See, I like to wear pretty clothes..if most of my time will be spent on doing ceramics…I am not going to wear all these, plus makeup all the time. =( But at the end, I have decided ceramics would be my major because I am pretty good at it and enjoy it every much. I also wanted to have the skill/ knowledge of making clothes and sew stuffs for myself, so I will take basic sewing class during the summer or something. Photography would be my hobby, cause I am pretty good at it too. I just don’t want to spend all my time on it. cause then, I will not have any good hobbies left. I can still wear pretty clothes, but just occasionally. =) It all worked out so far.
